Zyranova was founded in 2025 with a simple conviction that the next great investment group does not have to come from Wall Street. It can start in Zambia, plant a flag in Arizona, and build something the world has not seen before.
In less than three months, the group established two legal entities across two continents, opened regulated investment accounts, and deployed capital into government securities and listed equities. No outside funding. No institutional backing. Pure strategy.

Two principal entities forming one unified global investment group.
Passive Investments
Both Zyranova Holdings Limited and Zyranova Capital USA, LLC operate exclusively as passive investment entities. All instruments across both entities are held for long-term capital preservation and growth. No active trading. No advisory services. No business operations.
Government Securities
Holding sovereign debt instruments issued by the Bank of Zambia and the United States Treasury providing stable, income-generating positions anchored in government-backed instruments.
Listed Equity Securities
Acquiring and holding publicly traded equity securities for long-term investment purposes not for active trading or resale. Positions are held passively through regulated custodial institutions.
Corporate Bonds & Fixed Income
Passively holding corporate bonds and fixed income instruments selected for long-term capital preservation and consistent yield executed exclusively through regulated custodial banks and broker-dealers.
Custodial Investment Accounts
Maintaining regulated custodial investment accounts with licensed US financial institutions and broker-dealers all transactions executed by custodians pursuant to approved standing instructions and discretionary authority.
Portfolio Rebalancing
Periodic rebalancing of the investment portfolio in accordance with approved asset allocation guidelines and risk parameters conducted solely for capital preservation and compliance with applicable law, not as active trading.

Zyranova Capital USA, LLC does not provide investment advisory services, engage in active trading or perform any active business operations. All transactions are executed by licensed and regulated financial institutions, custodial banks and broker-dealers pursuant to approved authority.
